Living abroad can be one of the most fulfilling experiences you’ll ever have. It does come with some stress and uncertainty, especially when you’re moving internationally and getting settled in a new culture -- and it doesn’t necessarily get easier the more you move.

The Adapt and Succeed Program helps you:

  • Design an action plan so you know which problem to attack first and how

  • Develop strategies for lowering stress levels

  • Create and maintain deep connections where you live and with loved ones back home

  • Identify your own priorities for your move and your life in your new country

  • Define your purpose for moving abroad so you can design a balanced life abroad

  • Connect with a community of understanding and supportive expats.

Who should get Adapt and Succeed?

  • First-time expatriates anticipating their move abroad

  • Serial expats, looking at another move

  • Long-term expats designing a long-term plan for overseas life

  • Expats adapting in a new country

  • People who want to develop local interests and make the most out of living abroad

About Adapt and Succeed

Created by Intercultural Strategist Sundae Schneider-Bean, Adapt & Succeed is the most comprehensive and tailored-to-you guide for mastering international transitions. It does what no other program available does, by leading you through each major step to reduce overwhelm, confusion, frustration, and disconnect with both colleagues and loved ones. Regardless of the "why" that has you relocated, Adapt & Succeed is your solution.

How it works:

Adapt and Succeed course materials provide just-in-time support that covers what most corporate pre-departure training glosses over. Once you receive your code, you will gain access to the seven-module course with 20 Short videos accessible on-demand to solve whatever transitional stress you’re facing right at this moment. You can jump into any module at your convenience no matter where you are in your transition. You will also gain access to an online community of other expats to support and encourage you through your transition plus Facebook Q&A sessions directly from Sundae.

Depending on your own personal style and where you are in your transition, you can work through the materials on your own, with a one-on-one coach, or with a group using one of the three culture-shock-avoiding approaches below.
