A new quarter brings fresh energy — and a great opportunity to elevate how our teams work together. Join us for Team Week, April 13–17, for a series of high‑impact workshops designed to strengthen collaboration, deepen connection, and support healthier team dynamics. We’re also offering group coaching to help you turn insights into concrete, actionable plans for your team.
If you’re looking for ways to implement what you’ve learned in a Team Week workshop or simply working on strengthening your team, we’re offering two 90‑minute Team Topics Group Coaching Sessions during Team Week. These sessions are designed for individuals who want focused guidance on a team‑related challenge and the benefit of learning alongside others.
It’s a familiar story: top performers on a team are working hard, but they aren’t integrating their efforts. They don’t communicate, share resources, or feel accountable for anything outside their direct areas of work. Each team member meeting their own goal doesn’t help the team meet shared goals, innovate, or find joint solutions. This course outlines ways to ensure that your team works as a team instead of a handful of talented individuals.
Many people have difficulty giving constructive feedback. They use words like anxious, distressed, nauseous, and uncomfortable to describe how they feel before they give feedback. Wouldn’t it be great if you could give constructive feedback without all the negative feelings? This workshop introduces easy steps for giving positive and negative feedback and designing team interactions so that feedback is common, expected, and less of a big deal and a chance to practice designing and delivering feedback.
Want to support your team’s wellbeing—but find that most “wellness” programs just add more to their plates? This course offers a balanced approach. Some stressors—like unclear purpose, ineffective management practices, or financial insecurity—can be directly influenced by you. Others—such as social, community, or physical wellbeing—require a supportive environment that empowers team members to take action. By making small, strategic changes, you can foster a culture of thriving that reduces stress across the team.
