We spend too much time in meetings to let them be anything but effective engagements that push our work forward. But many of us waste time in meetings where we aren’t sure of the meeting’s purpose, our role at the meeting, or what we are expected to bring to the table. In this workshop, we will identify the essential elements of effective meetings. Then you will have a chance to redesign a meeting at work so that you and your team will better use your time.
