Just arrived at a new post abroad? Settle in quickly and add value sooner with this online group coaching series.

Objectives: Participating in this just-in-time professional development opportunity, you will:

• Plan a structured approach to learning about and defining your new job

• Establish trust and communication with colleagues, staff and your boss

• Create a plan for delivering value within the first 90 days.

Cohorts are small groups of six people or less so that you can structure your own plan and learn from the experiences of others. Participants will be asked to prepare work for Session 1 and apply learning after each session. Each 90-minute session includes an introduction to the topic, discussion and partner exercises, and an individualized plan forward. This is an incredibly effective way to create time to think strategically, create and apply your plan, and to reflect and revise as needed in a confidential and supportive environment.

Session 2: October 2, 2019, 18:00-19:30 UTC – Communication and delegation

Session 3: October 16, 2019, 18:00-19:30 UTC – Plan forward

The fee for this program is $200.
