Free Group Coaching Session in New York City

The purpose of this session is to help people adjust to leading in a new culture. In this 90 minute session, the coach will work with up to four participants to design a way forward as they navigate cross-cultural transitions and multi-cultural workplaces. Some companies don’t offer resources to help employees make cross-cultural moves and employees can struggle to find their footing. This small group coaching opportunity offers a space to explore ways to adapt to important cultural differences that face people new to an organization, a city, or a country.

Group coaching gives participants the benefits of working with an ICF Certified leadership coach who facilitates participants identifying goals and creating a plan of action to become more effective as leaders and team members. Plus, working with other group members, helps participants make connections with people facing similar issues. The group can act as a mastermind group or an accountability group, depending on participants’ needs.

The program comprises:

  • Introduction - to the process, the coach and participants

  • Identify and explore a topic - facilitated discussion of the most important issue facing the group

  • Design a plan forward - Each participant identifies a goal for working on the issue and a specific plan to meet it.
